Meet at the gym at 5:30pm to sign up for heats! 8 people per heat.  We will go over the workout and strategize at 5:45pm and get started ASAP! Be prepared to help judge (don’t worry, it’s not hard). Lastly, come to have some fun! BYOB- we will hang out after.
