40 Box Jumps 24/20in (scale to step ups)

40 Pull-up (scale to ring rows)

40 Double Unders (80 singles)

40 Wallballs 20/14

40 Burpees

40 Cal Row

40 Sit-Ups

**In order to get Rx, you must do all 40 reps of 1 movement before moving to the next. However, you can do the movements in any order that you prefer. A little bit of strategy can win today’s workout!! – Scale by breaking into rounds or reducing reps.**
