STRENGTH:

3 sets of this complex:

3 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks + 1 Split Jerk

(control the barbell back to the shoulders by absorbing the shock, and back into the rack)

WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

30/22 Cal Bike

20 Toes-to-bars

20 DB Shoulder-to-Overhead 50/35

Rest 1 min between rounds

*The shoulder-to-overhead should be a push press or push jerk. Pick a weight so that you can do your 20 reps in only 1 or 2 sets!

Scaling Options: Toes-to-bars > Knees-to-chests > V-ups > Sit-ups

MOBILITY:

Foam roll lats, lacrosse ball to chest and pecs
