*Do all 3 sets between 65-70% of your 1RM.  Do a set of 15 inverted rows after each set!  This should be a good warm up for the workout.

WOD:

100 Double Unders

20 Rope Climbs

*This took around 20-25 Minutes. Either Row or Ski!  Only one partner works at a time, except EACH of you do 100 double unders or 200 single unders.  The scale for the rope climbs is 5 Pull-ups!
