5 Rounds for Time:

300m Ski

7 Power Snatch (155/105#)

7 Strict Handstand Push Ups

*This workout will take about 20-25 minutes.  Waterfall the start on the ski. You can use rowers instead ski ergs.  The snatches should be moderately heavy singles.

Scaling Options:

7 Handstand Push Ups or 7 Double Dumbbell Strict Press

OPTIONAL ACCESSORY:

40-30-20-10

Ab Mat Sit Ups
