Stamina Squats
Alternating “On the Minute” x 12 (6 Rounds)
Odd Minutes – 3 Front Squats
Even Minutes – 6 Back Squats
Barbell – 60% of 3-Rep Max Back Squat (Don’t use your 1-Rep Max!)
Same barbell load for both lifts, with all squats taken from the rack. Partner up, if needed, with partner 1 starting with Front Squats and partner 2 starting with Back Squats
WOD:
AMRAP 12 min:
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
14 Kettlebell Reverse Lunges (53/35)
7 Kettlebell Push Press (55/35) per arm (total 14)
*use the same KB for all 3 movements
MOBILITY:
Use the KB on the knee for ankle dorsiflexion and prying goblet squat. 30 seconds per side on each.
