Gym opens at 8:00am. Workout starts at 8:30am. Feel free to do it with a partner, on your own, or do a different workout! Bring a friend free:)
Cornhole and BBQ starts at 3pm! Bring a side and something to drink.
Sunday Open Gym 1-2:30pm. We will program a Mobility WOD (stretching only). Feel free to do that or whatever you would like.
