**Starting next week—
*8:30am will now start at 8:15am! Why? Because some of you requested it– Enough time to make it to yoga afterward, and enough time to get the kids dropped at school before:)
*Bring a Friend Free Friday is BACK! Bring your favorite person to try our workouts at any of the class times.
*Our next On Ramp starts on February 10th! M, Tue, Thurs for 7 sessions (last day 2/24).
*February (through Spring) we will have a Friday 5:45pm Class!!
*We will be starting a new cycle — get ready for some fun:) We are also going to have different options based on your goals. More to come about that…
*Saturdays 8-9:30am we will have a fun/partner workout planned, or it can still be used as an open gym. Sunday 1-2:30pm will be mobility or open gym. Try to make to these open gyms! They are a great time to work on weaknesses, and to meet people from the other class times. My favorite class of the week.

Teams of 2 – divided however you would like
- 4 Rounds
- 15 Push Press (Rx+ 135/95) (Rx 115/75) (Option 2 – 65/45)
- 25/20 Cal Bike
- 20 Wallballs (20/14) – men to the 11 ft line (above the blue), women to the 10 ft line (in the blue) (Option 2 – Regular height 14/10 wallball weight)
MOBILITY:
Work on your mobility weaknesses. Ask a coach- there are usually a bunch of us at Open Gym.
