Barbell Warmup (if you have a barbell)


Back Squat 3 sets of 5

Front Squat 3 sets of 5


50 DB Deadlifts (Rx:50/35) (2 DBs)

50 Ab Mat Sit-ups (Rx: hands must not go overhead, they have to stay it front of the body- this is a new standard and should be much harder:)

50 Step Ups (Rx: 24/20)

50 Single Arm DB Thrusters (Rx: 50/35)
