The lifts must be performed in this specific order: back squat, strict press, deadlift. You only have until the end of class time to complete the lifts, so plan accordingly (the deadlift always takes longer than you think). Write these numbers down!!! We will be going through a Wendler Strength Cycle, so you’ll be using these numbers.
