Open Gym WOD this morning! WOD starts at 8:30am. Starting in September, OPEN GYM will be from 8:15-9:15am. Warmup starts at 8:15, WOD following. Choose to do the WOD or your own thing.
I’m sure you’ve all noticed an endurance WOD on the website. This WOD is optional and can be done anytime during the week. Just a little something extra for those who want it.
