Memorial Day- Monday 5.31.21

MURPH will start at 9am! No other class times today.

Remember- there are a TON of scaling options, so anyone can do a variation. Or just come and watch. There will be a food truck at the gym from 7am-Noon. Make sure to show them support. We will be hanging out after the WOD.

We will do a recovery style workout tomorrow, so don’t skip because you are sore. 😊
