*This will still be the same amount of volume as the individual version but essentially an interval. Partner one completes the round of 10 Deadlift, 10 Bench Press, 10 Squat Cleans, then partner two does 10,10,10, then partner 1 does 9,9,9 partner 2 does 9,9,9 etc. Continue this until both partners have finished the workout. **Weights will vary depending on who you are partnered with so don’t stress too much here. Try to pick a partner with similar weights on the bench press mainly. You can set up multiple bars if needed for the other lifts (and if there are enough bars).
